A theme can provide a call of action for your guests to start thinking about the party and once aboard a theme creates an instant ice breaker between guests. Over the years we have been inspired by the hundreds of themes with a variety of twists. These include:

• All White: An all white party is a chic and elegant option for those looking to create a sophisticated atmosphere for photographs during the cruise. Encourage guests to come dressed in all white, and perhaps bring a few white flowers or other white party accents. This theme is versatile and can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion.

• Nautical: A nautical themed party is a fun and playful option for those looking to bring a little bit of the sea to their event. Nautical themes range the gambit from simply providing sailor hats, to more elaborate themes where everyone dresses in their best nautical fits. Utilize plates, napkins and serving trays with navy and white stripes, anchors, to add to the nautical motif. Serve ocean inspired dishes, and have some fun nautical games and activities on hand, such as a treasure hunt or a best nautical hat contest

• Pirate: For those who want to add a touch of adventure to their party, a pirate themed gathering is a great option. Encourage guests to come dressed as pirates, complete with eye patches and bandanas, and utilize plates and napkins with treasure maps, pirate flags, and other nautical decorations. Be sure to have some pirate themed games and activities on hand, such as a treasure hunt or a sword fighting contest.

• 90s: For those who want to take a trip down memory lane, a 90s themed party can be a blast. Encourage guests to come dressed in their best 90s gear, whether that means wearing baggy jeans and flannel shirts or rocking a grunge inspired look. Throw together a 90s theme playlist with some throwback tunes from the decade. Bring some 90s themed photo props for those Instagram shots, and have some classic snacks and beverages on hand, such as Dunkaroos and Surge.
